A second farm was purchased thanks to the involvement of new investors (a plot of 1.96 hectares and a plot of 0.25 hectares with a house were purchased. Also, 2.5 hectares of surrounding pastures in rent)

Repair and organising of premises with the help of volunteers: water and sewerage, kitchen, cafe, hostel, bathroom, "Om-center”

Fruit and pine trees were planted / improvement of the apple orchard, salad beds were planted

Legal structure

Difficulties with obtaining construction permits were identified and a preliminary solution was found with the help of legal partners (February - June)
